Wael Abdulgany, born and raised in Edmonton, graduated from Jasper Place High School in 2014 and earned a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction from the University of Alberta in 2020. He completed his law degree at the University of Alberta Faculty of Law in 2023, focusing on criminal law. Called to the Alberta Bar in July 2024, Wael joined Salloum & Company, where his practice is primarily dedicated to criminal law, with additional experience in family law, traffic law, civil law, and real estate.
Wael strongly advocates for Charter rights, ensuring clients receive fair and timely due process. During his articling period, he successfully argued Charter applications, leading to the withdrawal or dismissal of serious charges, including drug and tobacco cases. Linda is a proud lifelong Edmontonian who has enjoyed a successful career as a paralegal for the past 25 years with experience in a wide range of practice areas, specializing in residential real estate and wills and estates. As the firm’s office administrator, Mariam oversees the day-to-day operations to ensure everything runs smoothly from managing schedules to coordinating administrative tasks all to help the team provide the best possible support to clients. This dual role enables her to bridge the administrative and legal sides of the practice, creating a productive and supportive environment that benefits both the team and the people they serve.
